Demi Days
My work is guided by a simple philosophy: healing begins from within — through trust, presence, and connection. Whether I’m working with a horse, supporting a client, or teaching students, I see every session as a conversation between body, mind, and spirit.
Over the years, I’ve studied and practiced many modalities, blending East and West, science and intuition, structure and softness. These are the areas I continue to share with others:
Massage is more than technique — it is listening through the hands. In my equine work, I focus on restoring balance, encouraging freedom of movement, and deepening the bond between horse and human. Students often begin here, learning to see and feel the subtle ways horses respond to touch.
I integrate a range of practices, including acupressure, Tui Na, Reiki, and manual lymphatic drainage. Each approach offers another doorway into connection and healing. For students, these methods expand the toolkit — showing that sometimes the lightest touch can bring the deepest release.
For the past two years, I’ve also been a massage instructor, and teaching has become a central part of my path. I love guiding students into this work, offering both technical skills and the deeper lessons of presence, patience, and respect. Learning is never one-sided — every class is a shared journey, and I continue to learn alongside my students.
Whether you are a student curious about equine bodywork, a practitioner looking to expand your skills, or simply someone who loves horses, my work is meant to inspire learning as much as healing. The horses remain our greatest teachers — and it is my joy to share what they have taught me.
