About Me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the quiet wisdom of animals. Horses, especially, have been both my teachers and my healers.

My path began in human massage therapy more than two decades ago. Over the years, I’ve worked with countless clients, discovering again and again how touch can restore balance and create space for the body to heal itself. But it was my horse, Demi, who opened the doorway to something more. Supporting her recovery after surgery changed everything — guiding me into equine massage, bodywork, and the subtle conversation between horse and human.

I’ve trained in many modalities — sports massage, acupressure, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, equine-assisted learning — always seeking a deeper understanding of connection. What I’ve learned is simple: healing isn’t about fixing. It’s about listening — to the body, to the breath, to what’s unspoken.

In addition to my work in equine and holistic bodywork, I am also a massage instructor, a role I’ve held for over two years. Teaching has deepened my practice in unexpected ways — reminding me that learning is endless, and that sharing knowledge is as much about presence and encouragement as it is about technique.

Even now, my weekends belong to the barn. I continue to care for and work with horses, offering massage, supporting their wellbeing, and learning from them every time I show up. They remain my greatest teachers — patient, honest, and endlessly generous in what they reflect back.

My philosophy is simple: healing begins from within — through trust, presence, and connection. Whether with people, with students, or with horses, that truth continues to guide my hands and my heart.
