Have you ever woke up and realized that you just didn’t feel good or that you were having a difficult time doing the things you love to do? That is because every person has a unique makeup, which can complicate an injury or cause an imbalance to his or her well-being. Karen takes into consideration the whole person when choosing a modality for your wellness plan. She employs complementary methods and alternative approaches in her practice to help free you from pain and to bring back the joy in your life.
Experience the journey with horse and see how it may free you from old ideas and create a new level of awareness. Horses heal without human intervention or interpretation. The Herd at liberty uses a sacred geometry to re-configure the energy of an individual. They use breath work and entertainment to open the heart and raise energy to the highest level of consciousness. Horses and nature are the ultimate healers and offer a unique understanding and language to help us connect to one consciousness of all creation.
Sometimes our equine companions can be a little off in their performance. This may appear to be disobedient behavior when in actuality it could be caused by a group of sore muscle that our equine friend can’t tell us about. As a therapist, it is important to be able to analyze a horse's condition and apply the proper therapeutic massage treatment. The overall goal of equine massage is to help with free range of motion, promote circulation, relieve tension, improve muscle tone and relax muscle spasms for better performance and comfort.
